Yep, it's official. You've been duped. Don't
feel too bad though, because they're very good at it. What I'm about to
show you may shock some of you, and a lot of marketers are going to
be really mad at me.
"Paper Tigers" never did scare me
anyway, so it's not like I'm worried about it.
Here's why you are not successfully signing local business clients...
Think about this scenario because it's happening right
under your nose, right now!
Let's pretend that you are an internet
marketer, and a pretty good one. You know how to build a product, drive
traffic and even set up launches with an affiliate network of even better
marketers. In other words, you know how to make a sizable stack of cash on
the internet when you put your mind to it.
(Bear with me here, I promise you it will be worth
the ride.) I'm telling you for a fact that is what you're buying 99%
of the time.
Now let's also say that you have decided to produce and
market a new product. The first thing any marketer worth their salt does
is research trends, money making markets and what people are looking
for.
So you say to yourself, "Hmmmm, the biggest trend of this
decade is marketing to local businesses, but I really don't know anything
about that." But then your marketing mind kicks in and says, " I bet if I
buckled down and researched the heck out of that market I could come up
with a killer product!"
During your research you also find out that
very few people who buy local marketing products actually do it. Which
means this has the potential to be a really, really good market. So you do
some quick math:
1. A slick website with killer graphics and copy -

2. Email series follow ups I can do myself - zero
3. Video
series to explain why you have to have this - about $600
4. Get all my
buddies to mail to their lists - half my profit

$3,000 I can have a great converting site up and start selling this
"product" in a big, big way. The best part is that you already know the
refunds will be next to ZERO, because the only people you will ever have
to refund are those that actually tried to put your "theory
product" into motion....this is GREAT!
I call these guys "Theory Peddlers", and
I've reviewed a lot of them. Some of these guys have sent me their latest,
greatest automatic offline magical client getter and just think I'll
blindly endorse it because of who they are. Wrong again. I've been in the
real world of local marketing for well over a decade, so I can look at a
product and I know it won't work because I tried a similar idea years ago
and it didn't work then either.
I told you it wasn't really your
fault, the theory peddlers are stealing your dreams! You know I'm right,
but you can prove it to yourself if you need to. Simply look at the last
local marketing product you bought. Contact the person who created the
product and ask them how many local clients they have. You'll find
out that the only clients they have are, uh....people like
YOU.
Those guys know how many I have, which is why they're always
trying to get me to endorse their junk. But guess what? If I haven't
actually used their system or know someone who has, I'm not going to tell
people it works for the money. I know they are not using it either or they
would tell me their experiences with it in the field, which they never
do.
Now that you know what's really going on, let's get back to
you. I think you'll agree, that clearly falls under the category of duped.
(Sorry.) So now that you understand why this is happening all over the
internet, it's time to..

Here's a little about me in case you're wondering...
As many of you know, I have been in business consulting for over a dozen years now. I didn't start offering any of my own products via the internet until May of 2008. That's when my good friend Willie Crawford took an ebook I wrote and offered it to his list. That was "Offline Goldmine" and well, the rest made history.
